Which platforms does SABO IT offer?
SABO IT offers two platforms: SenseDrive, your own industrial knowledge platform for source-verified answers, from the shop floor to the office, and SABOT, voice control for machines and medical devices. SenseDrive runs on your own IT infrastructure. AI governance in SenseDrive includes permissions from the source systems, logging and predictable costs. Both platforms grew out of customer projects and can be used individually or together.
What is an industrial knowledge platform?
An industrial knowledge platform answers technical questions from the documents a company already has. SenseDrive by SABO IT ties every answer to a cited passage in your own documents and runs on your own IT infrastructure.
What is the difference between SABOT and SABOtap?
SABOT is SABO IT's voice control for operating machines and medical devices. SABOtap is a test setup that SABO IT operates as a testing service: a robot operates the control panel on real hardware, and image analysis checks the response. SABOtap is listed under Services, Testing.
How does voice control of machines work with SABOT?
SABOT by SABO IT is voice control for machines and medical devices: the operator speaks an instruction or question, and SABOT carries it out or answers. If an instruction is unclear, SABOT asks for clarification. SABOT can be retrofitted to machines already in service.
Is Agentic AI a SABO IT platform?
No. At SABO IT, agentic AI is an approach we implement in customer projects. Agentic systems operate above PLC and SCADA, with no interference in the safety function, are not real-time capable, and act only within the limits you define in advance.
Where do SenseDrive and SABOT run?
SenseDrive by SABO IT runs on your own IT infrastructure, on premises, meaning on your own servers, and without an internet connection if required. In this setup, your data stays inside your own network. SABOT runs locally at the machine, in your own network or in the cloud. You decide with SABO IT, per use case, what runs locally.
