German-speaking Application Support Analyst (m/f/d) (AI first)
At SABO Mobile IT, we build custom software for industrial and enterprise clients. Our solutions run in production and people rely on them every day. For the Application Support Analyst position, we are looking for someone to take over the support of our SenseDrive application. At SABO, AI and human expertise go hand in hand. AI is a normal part of the work, not an add-on, and we build reliable services on top of it that genuinely work for industrial companies. We are looking for someone who approaches AI the same way and uses it purposefully in their daily work.
- 1st level support (SenseDrive)
- English C1
- German C1

Your responsibilities:
- You gradually take over the 1st level support of SenseDrive: you handle new tickets and support users with their tasks
- When a ticket cannot be solved at your level, you pass it to 2nd level support, but the overall responsibility for support stays with you
- You prepare and analyse tickets: you write the task and define what to expect
- You regularly test the application from the user perspective to understand all of its aspects (no deep end to end or automated tests)
- You run scrum ceremonies (can be learned over time)
Let's be honest: support can occasionally mean evening hours. Count on that. Business trips, on the other hand, are not required.
What we offer:
- Office in Prague, 2 days a week in the office
- EDU days, one day per month for learning
- Education budget of 500 EUR
- Multisport card
- Language and professional courses
- Company events and fully equipped offices
Your profile:
- AI-first approach and strong hands-on knowledge of AI tools in daily work
- English C1 in speech and writing
- German C1 in speech and writing
- Professional experience in IT project development
- Experience with preparing tickets and writing tasks analytically
- Teamwork
- Ability to test the application from the user perspective
- Knowledge of standard project management methods and a project management tool (Jira, Redmine and similar)
- Ability to run a meeting and explain requirements clearly
- Initiative, creativity, flexibility, precision, honesty and assertiveness
Nice to have:
- University degree, ideally in IT
- Driving licence
- Experience with agile and scrum (can be learned over time)
Start: ideally September 2026
