Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead complex IT projects for international industrial clients. You will be responsible for full project lifecycle management, close cooperation with German and English-speaking customers, formal requirement specifications, and leading expert teams in an agile environment. Strong communication skills in both German and English (C1 level) are essential.
A university degree or relevant professional certification is required. You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in IT projects and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
You are used to working fully self-responsible on complex tasks and leading expert teams in demanding project environments. You apply formal project management methods and are confident in communicating concepts, processes and results to internal stakeholders as well as external customers.
Strong experience with agile projects (Scrum) is mandatory.
What you should know and have experience with:
- Leading IT projects (business or industrial software solutions) throughout the complete lifecycle
- Working with common project management tools (Jira, Redmine, etc.)
- Agile project management methods (Scrum mandatory)
- Conducting customer interviews and creating structured Requirement Specifications
- Proactively communicating risks and proposing solutions
- Organizing your work independently with supervision reduced to regular coordination meetings
What you should be familiar with:
- Project management standards (e.g., PRINCE2, ITIL or comparable frameworks)
- QA processes and quality standards
- Experience with B2B or industrial software projects
- Delivering internal trainings or knowledge sharing sessions
Nice to have:
- Experience with IoT projects
- Knowledge of EN 62304 or ISO/EN 250xx standards
