However, if a national or even international branch network is to be controlled, a tool is required that supports this management task. SABO has developed a tool that enables the monitoring and control of an unlimited number of baking stations. Results of management measures can be evaluated and information on all baking stations is centrally collected for remote maintenance, evaluation and control. All necessary data is also available for the employees on site.
