Managing a branch with two or three baking stations is relatively simple. However, once a national or even international branch network is to be controlled, a tool is required that enables comprehensive management of the entire network. This means that an unlimited number of baking stations and bakeries can be monitored, evaluated, set up, and controlled not only locally, but also centrally by remote access.
The number of baking stations can be very large. Each station works independently and performs many operations every day. The challenge is to ensure that all ovens are running smoothly and without errors and that all necessary data is centrally accessible. Managing a large branch network requires an intuitive tool that allows administrators to effectively analyse data and manage the entire system online - from a PC or smartphone.
With MIWE sbs, SABO Mobile IT has developed a tool with which an unlimited number of baking stations within the branch network can be monitored, managed, and organized via a secure and intuitive website or smartphone. Data from the baking stations are sent to a central server, where they are processed and stored for remote maintenance, setup, evaluation, and control. All necessary data is also available to the employees onsite.
