Touch panel testing: why the tenth test round never happens
The first time around, the answer is usually obvious: someone sat down with the device, pressed every button, checked every readout. But after the tenth firmware update? After the twentieth? At some point nobody presses every button again, not out of carelessness but because there is no time for it. And that is exactly where the defects creep in, the ones that get expensive later.
